From Left to Right: Exfoliating Scrub, Cleans All and Mud Masque
I have started this new skincare regime recently, and wanted to tell you about what I’ve been using and what I think about it!
I have been using a number of Skinfood products from New Zealand for a little while now, and I genuinely can already see improvements to my skin.
Every other day, I start by using the Exfoliating Scrub, with walnut shell, cucumber extract, manuka honey, aloe vera, sweet almond and lime. You simply massage onto moist skin using your fingers and rinse it off with water. This removes dead skin cells, and leaves your skin feeling refreshed.
Afterwards, I use the Cleans All cleanser, which again contains manuka honey, as well as kiwi and limeflower extracts, sunflower oil and aloe vera. I tend to use this both morning and night because it leaves my skin feeling really revitalised by removing any dirt and oils.
Finally I use the Certified Organic Coco + Nut Oil, which just needs 2-3 drops after cleaning, to the face, neck and/or body, morning or night. It’s a really great, light-weight moisturiser, that helps to repair and hydrate your skin.
About once a week I use the Mud Masque, which contains Rotorua Mud, found in the volcanic muds of New Zealand, jojoba oil, apricot kernel oil, spirulina and lavender oil. I found that after even one use, my pores looked smaller, and my skin felt really soft.
Finally, after showering, I have been using the Body Butter, which has manuka honey, coconut, avocado and macadamia nut oils, mango and cocoa butter. I find it works straight away, and relieves and hydrates the skin.

I think when you move to a new skincare regime, it really helps to use the products as and when specified, so you can get the full benefit from each product.
All in all, I would say that so far, I think these products are working well, and I definitely feel my skin is looking and feeling better.
I did a little research, and all the products contain ingredients that are sourced from sustainable suppliers (which is always good!), come in recyclable packaging, and also are approved by the Vegetarian Society.
And to finish off… I’ll leave you with a picture of little ol’ me using the Mud Masque – Enjoy your Saturday!
